Delicious pillsbury biscuit garlic butter cheese bombs recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers Biscuits (8 count) 1 can
  • Butter 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons)
  • Garlic minced 2 cloves
  • Fresh Parsley chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup
  • Italian Seasoning 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Separate each biscuit and flatten it slightly with your hands. Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Step 4: Bring the edges of the biscuit dough up and around the cheese, pinching them together to seal and form a ball.
  5. Step 5: Dip each biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, coating it well. Then, place the coated biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Step 6: Sprinkle the tops of the biscuit balls with grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in a 350°F oven for a few minutes until warmed through, or microwave in short bursts to avoid making them tough.
  • Serve these cheesy bombs alongside your favorite pasta dish or soup for a comforting meal.
  • For extra flavor, brush the biscuit balls with a second coat of garlic butter halfway through baking.
