- Fresh peaches, peeled and sliced: 6 cups
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup
- Granulated sugar: 1 cup
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Milk: 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, and 1/4 cup of the granulated sugar. Toss gently to coat. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, remaining 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Step 4: Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Step 5: Pour the batter evenly over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Step 6: Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
