Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2: Add the drained diced pimentos to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.
- Step 3: Gradually add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese to the bowl.
- Step 4: Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Step 5: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Step 6: Serve with crackers, celery sticks, or as a spread for sandwiches.
Notes
- Store your pimento cheese in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, but it's best enjoyed fresh!
