Ingredients

  • Canned sliced peaches, drained well: 2 (15 ounce) cans
  • Cream cheese, softened: 8 ounces
  • Sour cream: 1 cup

  • Shredded coconut: 1/4 cup
  • Maraschino cherries, halved: 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Step 2: Gently fold in the drained sliced peaches, being careful not to break them up too much.
  3. Step 3: Add the chopped pecans and shredded coconut to the mixture. Stir gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  4. Step 4: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
