  • 1 packet taco seasoning (1 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 bag (10-11 ounces) Doritos, nacho cheese flavor preferred
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Step 2: Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl or individual bowls, crush a layer of Doritos on the bottom.
  4. Step 4: Top with shredded lettuce, seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes.
  5. Step 5: Dollop with sour cream and serve immediately.
