Delicious creamy, crispy, and the wrap that’s always in the fridge plan recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded: 1 cup
  • Cream Cheese, softened: 4 ounces
  • Ranch Dressing: 1/4 cup
  • Celery, finely diced: 1/4 cup
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded: 1/2 cup
  • Large Flour Tortillas: 2
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, diced celery, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed and the mixture is creamy.
  2. Step 2: Divide the chicken mixture evenly between the two flour tortillas, spreading it in a thin, even layer over the surface of each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Step 3: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then tightly roll them up, like a burrito.
  4. Step 4: Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Step 5: Place one wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle half of the everything bagel seasoning on top. Flip and repeat on the other side. Repeat with the second wrap and remaining butter and seasoning.
  6. Step 6: Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Assemble the chicken mixture ahead of time and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days to let the flavors meld.
  • For a quick and easy reheat, pop the whole wrap in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes to restore its crispy exterior.
  • Serve these wraps with a side of cool, crisp carrot sticks or a light vinaigrette salad to balance the richness.
  • Don't overfill the wraps; a thin layer of filling ensures a crispy exterior and prevents soggy spots.
