  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 6 cups cubed stuffing mix
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, chicken broth, melted butter, thyme, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk.
  4. Step 4: Spread half of the stuffing mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Step 5: Top with the chicken pieces, spreading them evenly over the stuffing.
  6. Step 6: Pour the cream of chicken soup mixture over the chicken. Top with the remaining stuffing mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is golden brown.
